What are the shipping rates?

We offer free shipping within India for all orders above Rs 500.

For orders Rs 500 and lower, shipping rates are

  • Rs 65 for local (Ahmedabad) orders
  • Rs 100 for Domestic (India) orders

We do not offer COD currently.

How can I track my order?

In most cases your order will be delivered within 10 or at most 12-15 days from shipping. In some cases, if there is an exigency, we will proactively call/email you and let you know. In the rare case that you do not hear from us, please email us at support@trunkworksgames.in

 Returns

What should I do if I received a damaged package?

Please contact us at support@trunkworksgames.in within 2 days of receiving the damaged package. Do include all relevant information including pictures of the damaged package. All our products are checked before packing and dispatching. So, we will investigate it and replace the product based on the findings.

What should I do if the product is missing components or has damaged components?

All our products pass through quality checks. In the unlikely event that this occurs, please reach out to us at support@trunkworksgames.in with all the relevant information within 2 days of receiving the product. We will send replacements as needed.

Do you allow returns?

We do not allow returns of our products. In case of manufacturing defects, we will send replacements on a case-by-case basis.
