Returns

 

We do not allow returns of our products. In case of manufacturing defects, we will send replacements on a case-by-case basis.

Please contact us at support@trunkworksgames.in within 2 days of receiving the damaged package. Do include all relevant information including pictures of the damaged package. All our products are checked before packing and dispatching. So, we will investigate it and replace the product based on the findings.

All our products pass through quality checks. In the unlikely event that the product is missing components or has damaged components, please reach out to us at support@trunkworksgames.in with all the relevant information within 2 days of receiving the product. We will send replacements as needed.

To start this process, you can contact us at support@trunkworksgames.in. If it is accepted, we’ll co-ordinate and send you the replacements. Items sent back to us without first contacting us will not be accepted.
